Name Date Opinion Result
Keyvan Tayebi Meybodi 7/1/2021 The patient needs intracranial monitoring before surgery. As the diverse list of pathologies were listed in the case description, we cannot decide which one is the culprit for intractable seizures. Hippocampectomy without definite lesion localization would be a matter of debate. Surgery
Dr Gomar 7/2/2021 If the entire lesion is completely removed by surgery, she doen't need any adjuvant therapy and followup every 3-6 months with brainMRI is enough. Follow-up
Masoumeh Najafi 7/2/2021 considering glioneural tumor as the pathological diagnosis and its low rate of proliferation, I recommend follow-up for this patient.in case of recurrence surgery or radiation would be a good choice. Follow-up
7/2/2021 Follow-up
Sara Soltanzadeh 7/2/2021 As these tumors are usually low grade and of non-aggressive behaviour, they may not need any adjuvant therapy Surgery
Sarvazad Sotoudeh 7/2/2021 After complete removal by surgery, close follow up is recommended. Follow-up
